Q. My child is an established patient of the practice. How do I access his record/ account on the patient portal?
A. If we have seen your child in the office, he/she is already registered in the system. You'll need your home phone number or the number you've given to us as the primary contact number and your child's insurance ID to log in. If you have any difficulty logging in, please give us a call at the office. PLEASE do not register your child again as a new patient. Online registration is a feature to be used for NEW patients only.
Q. Do I need to log in separately for each of my children?
A. No. You'll be able to see all your children's records and accounts just by logging into one child's account, provided they have been established as a patient.
